Deliverables
Our Solution:
We proposed using the client’s mandala as the foundation of her logo, incorporating a warm, nature-inspired design to create a calm and welcoming online presence. Since the client was already familiar with WordPress, we recommended continuing with that platform. It offers an intuitive content management experience, allowing her to easily update text, images, and pages herself. We also created dedicated sections for Brainspotting, a blog, and a contact form to support her growing practice and enhance client engagement.
To help her visualize the final direction, we began with a detailed design mockup outlining the structure, colors, and layout before moving into development. During this process, we assisted in selecting additional visuals that harmonized with her professional headshots and office photos—ensuring the site felt personal, authentic, and cohesive.
We also refined the navigation and menu arrangement to ensure a clear, intuitive browsing experience. A dedicated FAQ section was added to address common client questions, improving usability and reducing barriers for new visitors.
During development, we ensured seamless functionality across all sections, integrating her blog, contact form, and social media links for consistent branding, improved accessibility, and stronger client engagement.
At the end of the project, we also provided a detailed website management document to help her easily maintain and update the site going forward.
