. Client Requirements:
The client, a psychiatric practice, sought a comprehensive and scalable website to represent their expanding services and multi-state presence. The required pages included: Home, About, Services (with detailed subpages like Evaluations, Medication Management, Holistic Psychiatry, LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care, and Telehealth), Locations Served (a hub page plus individual state pages for MT, KS, IA, NM, MN, OR, WA), Patient Resources (insurance, self-pay info, FAQs, forms/portal link), Blog setup, and a HIPAA-compliant Contact form.
As the content evolved, the scope expanded to break out individual services and conditions into separate SEO-optimized pages for clarity and discoverability. The client also requested a consistent visual layout across pages, preferring something abstract or nature-inspired—like a close-up natural pattern or texture overlay. Additional UX preferences included a footer with location listings and icon sets requiring visual mockups for review. Overall, the client needed a clean, professional, and HIPAA-compliant digital presence tailored for both patient usability and organic search performance.
. Our Solution:
We delivered a fully responsive, SEO-optimized, and HIPAA-compliant website built on Squarespace, customized to meet the psychiatric practice’s evolving needs. Leveraging a modular design system, we created a scalable structure that accommodated both core and extended pages, allowing for individualized service and condition detail pages without compromising performance or navigability.
We implemented a nature-inspired design aesthetic with a consistent, calming texture overlay adjacent to content blocks—offering visual harmony across all internal pages. The Locations section was developed using a hub-and-spoke model, with dynamic state pages linked via the footer for improved UX and local SEO. Patient Resources were organized into collapsible sections for ease of access, and the contact form was configured using secure, HIPAA-compliant handling protocols. Blog infrastructure was integrated for future content publishing, and iconography and visual elements were prototyped and refined based on client feedback—ensuring alignment with their brand identity and long-term goals.
